Directions To Use:

Add 1tsp (5g) of herbal tea to 1cup (250g) of boiled water. Cover the cup to lock in the goodness and allow it to infuse for 10-15min. Strain and drink hot or cold. Add raw honey or agave to sweeten if needed.

Suggested dosage for adults:1cup 3times a day.
