SPIRITUAL BATH TEA (ENERGY INFUSED)

Cleanse and detox with our herbal spiritual bath tea. This tea is filled with high frequency energies that are supportive with removing stagnant and/or negative energies from your auric field and body.

Uses and Properties

·        Clear negative energy: It is important to cleanse spiritual tools such as candles before working with them for the first time. This oil helps rid objects (and body) of negative energy.

·        Transmutation of energy: with intention, this oil helps transform unsupportive energy into positive supportive energy.

Direction for use: In a pot, add 1 spoon of the herbs to 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 10-15min, strain the tea without discarding the herbs. Set the tea aside. Place the strained herbs inside the reusable soak bag. Top up bag with an additional spoon of herbs. Run your bath (making it really hot), add the soak bag and allow it to sit for at least 15min before going in. Add the accompanying salts and oil (if you purchased the cleansing kit) and get into the water. Set a heart cantered intention and call in the support of your benevolent guides and the plant spirits of the herbs. Meditate (or inner prayer) on your intention, visualising your auric field and body being cleansed energetically as you wash. Finish off by pouring the concentrated tea that was set aside earlier over the from the top of your head downwards covering your entire body. Don’t wash the tea off your body, let it air dry and then moisturise with an organic natural oil (incl. in the cleansing kit).

Dos:

·        You want the body to be clean, make sure to take a shower beforehand. 

·        Follow your own intuitive guidance when embarking on this practice.

·        Cultivate a peaceful environment. Include white candles.

·        Feel free to use 100% pure essential oils should you feel called to do so.
