Ingredients: 

Sea Salt, Epsom Salts, Lemon Balm, Sage, Calendula, 100% Pure Essential oils: Lemongrass, Lavender, Ylang-ylang.

Uses and Properties:

·        Hydration:  helps hydrates skin, which is good for conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

·        Skin healing: can help speed up healing of small wounds, blisters, bug bites, and cuts, and it can also help poorly healing inflamed, tender skin.

·        Relieving eczema: can help relieve irritation.

·        Mineral supplementation: rich in magnesium to help reduce inflammation, Calcium to promotes cell renewal, Potassium to Balances hydration, Zinc to fight against acne-causing bacteria, Iodine to help heal wounds and Sodium for pH levels regulation. 

·        Soothing: can soothe skin affected by conditions like psoriasis, poison ivy, mosquito bites, sunburn.

·        Anti-inflammatory: can reduce inflammation and improve skin barrier function.

·        Antimicrobial: can help prevent and treat acne and other skin infections.

Direction for use: 

Add hot water to bathtub, pour out bath salts into the reusable bath soak bag, add the bag to the hot water and let the herbs and salts infuse for at least 10-15min prior to taking your relaxation bath. Include some candles for added calming effect. Top up soak bag as needed and discard contents after use (ideally in the garden or compost heap).
